The image shows the Create Credentials dialog. This is where you provide the details of the GitHub user for which you are creating the GitHub credentials. It contains the followng fields:

• Name—This is the name to identify the credential. Using this credential, you can use it later for other operation.
• Provider—This is the name of the external repository. Currently, only the GitHub repository is supported.
• Email—This is the email ID of the Git user that created the repository.
• Token—This is the Personal Access Token string generated in Git.
