Administrative Tasks for Oracle Machine Learning for Python

For Pluggable Database, you must run the pyqcfg.sql script at CDB$ROOT level. Else, you must run have the sysdba role to run the script. Here, is the directory where the script is located: $ORACLE_HOME/oml4py/server/pyqcfg.sql
