6.650 USER_SCHEDULER_RUNNING_JOBS
USER_SCHEDULER_RUNNING_JOBS displays information about the running Scheduler jobs owned by the current user. Its columns (except for OWNER) are the same as those in ALL_SCHEDULER_RUNNING_JOBS.
