OWNER	Owner of the constraint definition
CONSTRAINT_NAME	Name of the constraint definition
TABLE_NAME	Name of the table with a constraint definition
COLUMN_NAME	Name of the column specified in the constraint definition
POSITION	Original position of column in definition
