USER_BLOCKCHAIN_TABLE_HASH_COL_ORDER displays information about columns used to compute the cryptographic hash in the blockchain tables owned by the current user. Its columns (except for SCHEMA_NAME) are the same as those in ALL_BLOCKCHAIN_TABLE_HASH_COL_ORDER.
