7.515 USER_EXTERNAL_TAB_CACHES
USER_EXTERNAL_TAB_CACHES describes the external table
caches owned by the current user. Its columns (except for OWNER) are the
same as those in ALL_EXTERNAL_TAB_CACHES.

This view is available starting with Oracle Database 23ai, Release Update 23.9.
