Bug 36470533

Restoring the pluggable database (PDB) using the FROM SERVICE clause of the RESTORE command is failing at the standby database when the source is a primary database using Oracle Database as a service (Oracle DBaaS) tools.

Workaround:

Restart the standby database in mount mode by running the STARTUP MOUNT FORCE command and then retry the RECOVER command.
