208.1 DBMS_TELEMETRY_WORKSPACE Overview

Any user with the Oracle database administrator (Oracle DBA) privileges can perform workspace management. The workspace management APIs are implemented using the DBMS_TELEMETRY_WORKSPACE package, which enables the Oracle DBA to create a Oracle AI Database Telemetry Streaming workspace, and add and manage workspace administrators for each workspace.
