Managing Oracle AI Database Port Numbers

About Managing Ports

Oracle AI Database assigns component and service ports during installation from predefined ranges, selecting the lowest available port after checking for conflicts with other Oracle installations, running processes, and entries in /etc/services. Administrators should review assigned ports, prevent duplicate usage, identify active ports with /bin/netstat -a, and change assignments after installation when necessary.
