OracleDynamicCollection(string, string, OracleCollectionOptions)

Instantiates a new instance of OracleDynamicCollection class using the provided connection string and collection name.

Parameters

• string

  The connection string which can be used to obtain database connections.

• collectionName

  Name of the collection

• options

  Vector collection configuration options.

Exceptions

• ArgumentNullException: The provided dataSource or name parameter is null.
• ArgumentException:
  • The provided collectionName parameter is null, an empty string or contains white spaces only.
  • The provided collectionName is not compliant with Oracle name standard.
  • The definition provided in OracleCollectionOptions.Definition is null or cannot be mapped to an Oracle type based on the default/custom type mapping.
