DBA_ADDM_RULE_STATISTICS
DBA_ADDM_RULE_STATISTICS displays statistics on registered rules for all ADDM tasks in the database.
This view displays one row for each database statistic or parameter that is specified to be cached for the execution of ADDM registered rules, both internal and custom.
