2.362 ROW_MOVEMENT_DEFAULT

ROW_MOVEMENT_DEFAULT allows you to override default row movement behavior.

Note:

This parameter is valid only for Oracle Autonomous AI Database on Dedicated Exadata Infrastructure. On other types of Oracle databases, the value of this parameter is ignored.

By default, row movement is enabled in Oracle Autonomous AI Database on Dedicated Exadata Infrastructure (ADB-D) environments.

• If you set this parameter to DISABLED, then row movement is disabled.

• The default value of ENABLED allows row movement to remain enabled.

This parameter is available starting with Oracle AI Database 26ai, Release Update 23.26.2.
