USER_CUBE_HIER_VIEWS

USER_CUBE_HIER_VIEWS describes the hierarchies for the OLAP cube dimensions owned by the current user. Its columns (except for OWNER) are the same as those in ALL_CUBE_HIER_VIEWS.
