USER_TXEVENTQ_SUBSCRIBER_STAT describes subscriber statistics for Transactional Event Queues (TxEventQs) that are owned by the current user. Its columns (except for OWNER) are the same as those in ALL_TXEVENTQ_SUBSCRIBER_STAT.
