After Oracle AI Database 26ai patching, srvctl stop database may take around 10 minutes to complete if there is service managed by Oracle Grid Infrastructure (GI) also specified in the DISPATCHERS parameter of the database.

Workaround:

None. This behavior only happens once after database patching. Subsequent executions of srvctl stop database will not have this problem.
