For each table, lists each column, its data type, and whether it can contain a null value. Also includes Datatype Occurrences: For each table owner, lists each data type and how many times it is used.

• COLUMN_NAME(optional): string
  Column Name
• TABLE_NAME(optional): string
  Table Name
• limit(optional): integer(int32)
  The maximum number of records to return.
• offset(optional): integer(int32)
  The index of the first record to start returning results for. Used with pagination.
