Get all locks that sessions are waiting on

/database/monitoring/session_locks/waiting/

Using DBA_LOCKS and DBA_WAITERS views, this service returns a list of DBA_LOCKS records for sessions that are waiting on locks held by other sessions. In an Oracle RAC environment, this only applies if the waiter is on the same instance. A client requires SQL Administrator role to invoke this service.

  The maximum number of records to return.
• q(optional): string
