5.3.4 Delete an Agent Profile

You can delete an agent profile when it is no longer required.

Before deleting an agent profile, ensure that it is not referenced by any workflow or being used in any active chat conversations. If a workflow or conversation attempts to invoke a deleted agent profile, the execution fails because the specified agent profile can no longer be resolved.

  1. Open the navigation menu and click Agentic AI.
  2. Click the Agent Profile tab.

    The Agent Profile Definitions list page opens. All the agent profiles that you have defined are displayed in a table.

  3. Identify the agent profile definition that you want to delete.
  4. Click delete (Delete).
  5. When prompted, confirm the deletion.
