4.5.4 Delete all Files From Storage

Delete all files from storage when you change the file storage location.

If you change the location where the files are stored, for example when you move files from one storage volume to another, then you must use this functionality to delete all entries of the files from MicroTx Workflows. Later, you can upload the files from the new storage location to MicroTx Workflows.

Caution:

Before you delete all files from storage, ensure that you copy all files used by workflows to a new location and retain the same file name. Once you delete all the files, you cannot recover them. Workflow execution fails if it can't locate a specified file.

1. Open the navigation menu and click Connectors.
2. Click Storage.

   All files available in storage are displayed in a table.

3. Click (Delete All Files).
4. Click Delete to confirm that you want to delete all the files.
