5.2.4 Delete a Prompt Definition

You can delete a prompt definition when it is no longer required.

Before you delete a prompt definition, ensure that it is not being used by any workflow. The workflow execution fails if it can't find a specified prompt definition.

To delete a prompt definition:
  1. Open the navigation menu and click Agentic AI.
  2. Click the Prompt Template tab.

    The Prompt Template Definitions list page opens. All the prompt templates that you have defined are displayed in a table.

  3. Identify the prompt definition that you want to delete.
  4. Click delete (Delete).
  5. When prompted, confirm the deletion.
