3.13.3 Mapping the Viewer User Role

Follow the steps below, to view the role of a user:

1. Open a user, such as tsamviewer
2. Go to the Role mapping tab.
3. Click on Assign Role → Realm roles
4. Assign the role: viewer

Note:

After mapping the roles, you need to verify the following:

• tsamadmin has the administrator role
• tsamviewer has the viewer role
