4.1.2 Set up AI Knowledge Base (Optional, only for AI features)

This step is only required if you want to use the AI-based Operation Assistant feature in Oracle TSAM Plus.

Oracle TSAM Plus Operation Assistant depends on the Oracle Tuxedo and Oracle TSAM Plus knowledge bases to achieve certain features.

Set AI_VECTORINDEX_SOURCE_MODE in TSAMSetup.cfg before running the AI deployment flow.

Use CLOUD to use the product-owned built-in documentation source. This is the default mode. Operators do not configure a document-source URL in TSAMSetup.cfg.

Use LOCAL to use Oracle DIRECTORY-backed sources on the database host. LOCAL is supported only when DB_IS_ADB=N in the current full-wrapper flow.
