5.1 Update Source Documents

• In `CLOUD` mode, operators do not update a document-source URL; rebuild the vector indexes from the built-in source.
• In `LOCAL` mode, update the files under the fixed database-host paths:

        - `/u02/tsam_ai/consoledoc`
        - `/u02/tsam_ai/followupdoc`
     - In `LOCAL` mode, make sure the Oracle database process user can still read the updated files from those directories.
