A.8 Alerts

The following are a few examples of questions users can ask through the Operations Assistant. This section contains Alerts category:

• How to check if critical alerts occur?
• How many critical alerts are there in the system?
• Provide all details for the latest fatal alert, including the following fields: name, domain, machine, group, process name, server ID, process ID, time of occurrence, severity, time cleared, alert type, reason, status, and version.
• List all alert definitions and categorize them in Tuxedo, ART CICS, ART Batch and ART IMS, with the detailed information, including name, associated region id, status, severity, type, agent type, expression, mode, alert action, resource filter, filter mode, tuxedo event name if any, interval, time created and modified.
• How many Information alerts in the past 24 hours? List them with details if any.
