1.2.5.2.1 Purging Monitoring Metrics Data
You can purge all monitoring data including Server/Service data and Call Path/ XA Transaction data. To purge Monitoring data, do the following steps:
- Select the Types you want purged.
- All
- Call Path
- Bridge
- GWTDOMAIN
- Service
- XA Transaction
- User payload metrics
- GWWS
- Alert
- Tuxedo CICS Terminals
- JES
- IMS
Note:
- If you want to purge Tuxedo CICS Transaction data, "Service" type can be selected.
- Only user payload metrics stored in TSAM plus database can be purged here. User payload metrics stored in Hadoop or local file can only be purged by the user manually.
- Purging call path or service metrics does not delete the corresponding user payload metrics.
- Set the Old Than date, before which the monitoring data will be purged.
- Click the Purge button to delete monitoring data from the database.
The statistics service metrics data are purged automatically:
- Raw data are purged after 7 days.
- Hourly aggregated data are purged after 32 days.
- Daily aggregated data are purged after 12 months.
