3.1.1.2.2 Distributed Configuration—CRM on z/OS Host

This distributed configuration deploys the CRM to the z/OS host system as shown in the following figure. It employs TCP/IP connectivity with the host, eliminating the need for a local SNA stack. This configuration provides a faster network interface and is less complex than the local configuration.
