Bank Creator
The bank creator requests new deposit token supply and transfers available value to eligible bank recipients.
The bank creator can request new supply and transfer available value to permitted recipients. The creator cannot approve their own creation requests, change account limits, assign roles, or change setup.
Before you can complete bank creator tasks, you must have an active deposit token account and an eligible wallet. You must be a member of the Bank Creator application group with the assigned Minter ledger role. There must also be a user who is an eligible manager approver with the Escrow role, and a user with an eligible recipient account for transfers.
Typically the bank creator completes tasks in the following order.
- Confirm the creator account is active and review the available balance.
- Select Create Tokens, enter the quantity, and optionally add a memo. Review the active escrow user shown by the form; if more than one eligible escrow user is available, select the intended user.
- Submit the request and record its request or transaction ID.
- Wait for the bank manager to approve or reject the request.
- After approval, refresh the creator page and confirm that the balance and history are updated.
- Select Issue beside the intended bank issuer, confirm the recipient user and escrow context, optionally enable and select a purpose, enter the quantity, and submit the transfer.
- Refresh history and confirm the transfer status and transaction ID.
The following tasks are typical ones that a bank creator completes.
Request Token Creation
- Select Create Tokens. The Create Deposit Token Request window is displayed.
- Enter a Quantity and an optional Memo. If multiple eligible managers are available, select an Approver User ID.
- Select Request Mint. The request is sent for manager approval.
Issue Tokens
- Select Issue on an eligible bank issuer card. The Transfer window is displayed.
- Verify the recipient organization for Transfer Token To and the eligible bank issuer for To User ID, and enter a Quantity. Optionally, select Purpose and then select one of the configured purposes.
- If more than one Approver User ID (active escrow user) is available for the sending organization, select the intended approver.
- Select Transfer. The applicable approval policy determines whether the transfer completes immediately or is routed for approval.

Troubleshooting
If no escrow user is available, ask the bank administrator to verify active manager accounts and Escrow roles. If an amount is rejected, check the positive value, decimal precision, balance, and limits. If a request remains pending, give the request ID to the selected bank manager. If the account is inactive, ask the bank administrator to review its status.
