Oracle Blockchain Platform Enterprise Edition includes features and samples for working with digital assets.

Oracle Blockchain Platform Enterprise Edition also includes an enhanced version of Blockchain App Builder, a tool that assists with rapid development, testing, debugging, and deployment of secure contracts that handle multiple digital assets.

You can use the Blockchain App Builder extension for Visual Studio Code, or the Hardhat command-line interface to work with smart contracts for Besu. Both of these tools support the deployment of mutable contracts for production environments. Mutable contracts can be upgraded if any code changes are needed. If you deploy a smart contract using the RPC proxy API, it is immutable and cannot be upgraded.
