Update Wallet Mutable Fields

put

/v1/uwaas/wallets/{walletId}

Update only walletLabel, status, and walletTags for an existing wallet. Omitted fields are left unchanged. Unknown fields and empty request bodies are rejected. Repeated identical requests are idempotent and do not update audit fields.
