Applications with URL Encoding Characters Cannot Be Opened in Web Interface

If an Essbase application name contains character strings used for hexadecimal URL encoding (for example, %20), the application will not open in the Essbase web interface.

Workaround: Rename the application to remove URL encoding character strings.
