Schema Credential Rotation Fails with OCI Database System

In Marketplace 26.1 deployments that use an existing OCI Database System, running rotate-schema-credentials.sh --vault after stopping the servers can fail with DPY-3001. As a result, schema credentials are not rotated.

Workaround: Follow the instructions in Reset Essbase Repository Database Schema Passwords to reset your password.
