Description of the illustration adg_failure.eps

This graphic shows the local site fails and so the original primary Oracle database fails as well as the active and standby masters. At the remote site, no more updates are coming from the local site. The standby Oracle database becomes the primary Oracle database. The user runs ttCacheADGSiteFailover built-in procedure and then updates are replicated directly from the new primary Oracle database to the cached tables in the new TimesTen database, which was the former ADG enabled read-only subscriber.
