Manually Starting and Stopping the Daemon
By default, you can use the ttDaemonAdmin utility to start and stop
the TimesTen daemon.
You must be the instance administrator to start and stop the TimesTen daemon
with the ttDaemonAdmin utility.
Note:
See Automatically Starting the TimesTen Daemon for details on how to automatically start and stop the TimesTen daemon.
For TimesTen, the instance administrator manually manages the TimesTen
daemon. To manually start and stop the TimesTen main daemon, use the
ttDaemonAdmin utility with the -start or
-stop option.
For more information on ttDaemonAdmin, see ttDaemonAdmin. See Automatically Starting the TimesTen Daemon for details on the setuproot script.
