1. I cannot find my Order in the ELS Portal

Your order will appear on the portal once you receive the Order Confirmation email. If you do not receive the email, or if the order remains invisible on the portal despite receiving the email, please submit a ticket. Be sure to include your Order Number in the ticket.

2. Why can't I schedule certain courses directly?

Some training courses are highly resource-intensive and consume substantial memory on our on-premises cloud. Due to these limitations, we cannot run multiple instances of such courses simultaneously. Therefore, these courses are restricted and are not available for direct scheduling by Partners.

To request scheduling of these restricted courses, please log a ticket with the following information:

Once submitted, our team will review the request and coordinate with you to confirm availability.
