1.12.6 Customizing the ExaWatcher Configuration

The ExaWatcher configuration can be customized, including the collection commands, sampling settings, and storage settings. Custom collection commands can also be defined.

For supported options, syntax, restrictions, and examples, display the help supplied with the installed software:

# /opt/oracle.ExaWatcher/ExaWatcher.sh --help

Use the help that matches the ExaWatcher version on the server. Review the existing service configuration before planning a change. After any change requiring a service restart, recheck the service status and configuration.
