10.4.2 Linux Database Server Updates with Unbreakable Linux Network

Starting with Oracle Exadata Storage Server Software 11g Release 2 (11.2) release 11.2.3.1, the minimal pack is deprecated. The database server update procedure uses the Unbreakable Linux Network (ULN) for the distribution of updates, and the yum utility to apply the updates.
