3.9.6.2 List Volume Groups

A volume group is a specific collection of Exascale volumes.

To display information about existing Exascale volume groups, use the ESCLI lsvolumegroup command. For example:

@> lsvolumegroup

By default, without any optional arguments, the command displays basic information about all of the volume groups associated with the Exascale cluster.

Using the command options available with the lsvolumegroup command, you can:

• Specify the volume groups that you want to display.
• Filter the output according to your specified conditions.
• Sort the output using specific attributes.
• Choose to display output with different levels of detail.
