3.9.5.5 Remove a Volume Backup
A volume backup is a backup of an Exascale volume snapshot, which provides a consistent point-in-time copy of the volume.
To remove an existing volume backup, use the ESCLI rmvolumebackup
command and specify the backup identifier. For example:
@> rmvolumebackup vol0002_bkp0001_7476692b2499488794951dfe59606e1b
You can use the lsvolumebackup
command to see details about volume backups, including the identifier for each volume backup.
