Oracle Health Check Collections Manager Application Uninstallation

Anytime you can decommission Oracle Health Check Collections Manager Application setup. Follow these steps sequentially to uninstall the application leaving no residual files.

Deleting Oracle Health Check Collections Manager Application

You must have administrative privileges to uninstall Oracle Health Check Collections Manager.

When you uninstall the application and choose to remove its supporting objects, the application definition and supporting objects are deleted from the database that hosts Oracle Health Check Collections Manager.

Caution:

Deinstalling the supporting objects removes application-related database objects. Verify that the application and its data are no longer required before proceeding.

  1. Open Oracle Application Express using one of the following URL formats:

    http://hostname:port/apex

    or:

    http://hostname:port/pls/apex/

    For example:

    http://dbserver.domain.com:8080/apex/
  2. Enter the Workspace Name, Workspace Username, and Password, and then click Login.
  3. Click Application Builder.
  4. Select Collection Manager Application, and then click Edit.
  5. Click Edit Application Page.
  6. Click Delete.

  7. Under Deinstallation Options, select:

    • Remove Application Definition
    • Deinstall Supporting Objects
  8. Click Deinstall.

After the deinstallation completes, the Oracle Health Check Collections Manager application definition and its supporting objects are removed from the hosting database.

Deleting a Workspace

You must have Oracle Application Express administrative privileges to delete a workspace.

Caution:

An Oracle Application Express environment can contain multiple workspaces. Verify that you have selected the correct workspace before deleting it.

  1. Log in to Oracle Application Express Administration Services.
  2. Click Manage Workspaces.
  3. Under Workspace Reports, click Existing Workspaces.
  4. Verify the Workspace name to ensure that you are deleting the correct workspace.
  5. Under Action, click Delete.
  6. Select the confirmation check box to confirm that you want to remove the workspace, and then click Next.
  7. Review the workspace information, and then click Remove Workspace.

After the workspace is removed successfully, Oracle Application Express displays the following message:

Workspace has been successfully removed
