Options on the page are:

• Administration: Products, category, customers, customer contacts, notifications, application error log and Manage Email Server and Job Details.

• Manage Data and Other stuff: Manage business unit, assign system to business unit, manage user roles and assign system to users, delete data, manage notification.

• Manage look up codes: Status codes, incident severity, urgency, preferences.

• Access Control showing if either disabled or enabled.
