CreateDrg

post

/20160918/drgs

Create a new dynamic routing gateway (DRG) in the specified compartment. The DRG does not need to be in the same compartment as the VCN, the DRG attachment, or other Networking Service components. If you are not sure which compartment to use, put the DRG in the same compartment as the VCN.

You may optionally specify a display name for the DRG. Otherwise a default display name is provided. The display name does not need to be unique, and you can change it. Avoid entering confidential information.

Supported Media Types
Header Parameters
  • Minimum Length: 1
    Maximum Length: 64
A token that uniquely identifies a request so it can be retried in case of a timeout or server error without risk of executing that same action again. Retry tokens expire after 24 hours, but can be invalidated before then due to conflicting operations (for example, if a resource has been deleted and purged from the system, then a retry of the original creation request may be rejected).
Body ()
Details for creating a DRG.

Headers
  • For optimistic concurrency control. See if-match.
  • Unique Oracle-assigned identifier for the request. Provide this request OCID if you need to contact Oracle about this request.
Body ()
Root Schema : Drg
Type: object
A dynamic routing gateway (DRG) is a virtual router that provides a path for private network traffic between networks. You use it with other Networking Service components to create a connection to your on-premises network. For more information, see "Dynamic Routing Gateway" (https://docs.oracle.com/en/engineered-systems/private-cloud-appliance/3.0-latest/concept/concept-vnet-gateways.html#vnet-gw-drg).

Nested Schema : DefaultDrgRouteTables
Type: object
The default DRG route table for this DRG. Each network type has a default DRG route table. You can update a network type to use a different DRG route table, but each network type must have a default DRG route table. You cannot delete a default DRG route table.

    Maximum Length: 255
The OCID of the default DRG route table assigned to DRG attachments of type IPSEC_TUNNEL on creation.
  • Minimum Length: 1
    Maximum Length: 255
The OCID of the default DRG route table to be assigned to DRG attachments of type REMOTE_PEERING_CONNECTION on creation.
