Oracle Private Cloud Appliance	Restricted Use Licenses Oracle Private Cloud Appliance Integrated Software - Except for software expressly provided under separate license terms, all software or programmable code (1) embedded or integrated in Oracle Private Cloud Appliance that enables the functionality of Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, and/or (2) specifically provided to you by Oracle as integrated software for Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, as expressly stated in accompanying documentation, an Oracle webpage, and/or a mechanism that facilitates installation for use with Oracle Private Cloud Appliance (collectively, “Integrated Software”) is restricted to use solely with Oracle Private Cloud Appliance. Integrated Software includes, without limitation, Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance Cloning, Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance Replication, and Oracle ZFS Storage Encryption, but does not include (a) code or functionality for diagnostic, maintenance, repair or technical support services; or (b) separately licensed applications, operating systems, development tools, or system management software, or other code that is separately licensed, including hardware activation files and those Integrated Software features that are designated as an Integrated Software Option and may be embedded in, installed on, or activated on Oracle Private Cloud Appliance but are ordered separately for an additional fee. Oracle Java 8 Standard Edition (SE) Server JRE - Java SE is included with Oracle Private Cloud Appliance and is intended only for use in conjunction with running Oracle Private Cloud Appliance applications. If you use Java SE in any other way or if you use a different version of Java SE than that provided with Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, your use of Java SE is subject to the terms set forth at https://www.oracle.com/downloads/licenses/javase-license1.html. Oracle Solaris is included with Oracle Private Cloud Appliance and is intended for use in conjunction with running Oracle Private Cloud Appliance applications on the hardware provided to you. If you use Oracle Solaris in any other way, or if you use a different version of Oracle Solaris than provided with Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, additional licensing may be required.
