(Kontron) grants to Sun Microsystems (Sun) the nonexclusive, royalty-free right use, copy, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell Kontrons driver commonly known as JIDA (the Software) in connection with Suns products that include the Software, and to permit persons to whom the such products are furnished to do so, subject to the following conditions:

Copyright notice identifying Kontron as the owner of the Software and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.
