Cause
An attempt to replace a primary volume's accelerator volume failed because the on-disk metadata of the indicated primary volume showed that the file system was either in use or had been removed.
Action
Reissue the request specifying a different primary volume that contains a valid ACFS file system configured with an accompanying accelerator volume. Issue 'fsck' on the primary volume for more detail on its current state.
