The Oracle ADVM compatibility level for the disk group is less than the required version 12.2 for auto-resize.
Cause
An attempt to enable auto-resize was rejected because the ADVM disk group compatibility level had not been upgraded to the indicated version, which is required for that command.
Action
Ensure that the compatible.advm setting is at least 12.2.0.0.0 and then re-issue the command.
