Cause
Replication background processes were stopped and cannot finish processing replication data.
Action
Run 'acfsutil repl bg start mountpoint' to restart replication background processes and complete the apply of existing replication data, or run 'acfsutil repl terminate standby immediate mountpoint' to terminate replication immediately without applying the remaining replication data.
