Database Error Messages

Following an upgrade of the Oracle Clusterware on the cluster where a primary storage location (Oracle ACFS file system or snapshot) was located, an attempt to perform replication failed, because the cluster where the the named ACFS file system was located was not running the same version of Clusterware. This file system contains a standby storage location.

Upgrade the Oracle Clusterware on the cluster where the standby storage location is located to ensure that the cluster is running the same version of Clusterware as the cluster where the primary storage location is located.

Following an upgrade of the Oracle Clusterware on the cluster where a primary replication ACFS file system was located, an attempt to do an automatic update of the standby failed, because the cluster where the standby replication ACFS file system was located was not running the same version of Clusterware.

Upgrade the Oracle Clusterware on the cluster where the standby file system is located to ensure that the cluster is running the same version of Clusterware as the cluster where the primary file system is located.
