Cause
The _VolNumOFSNodes property of the indicated Volume_Disk_Header structure was incorrect. Its value did not match the number of valid ACFS nodes found.
Action
If the ACFS Fixer is currently running, then no further action is needed. The ACFS Fixer will resolve the problem. If the ACFS Checker is running, then run the ACFS Fixer to resolve the problem.
