The ADVM compatibility attribute for the diskgroup must be set to version 11.2.0.2.0 to allow the acfsutil encryption and security commands.
Cause
The ADVM compatibility attribute has not been upgraded to version 11.2.0.2.0 or beyond.
Action
Use the ASMCA tool or the SQL ALTER DISKGROUP statement to upgrade COMPATIBLE.ADVM attribute.
