Cause
An ACFS Security operation that is not allowed on a standby file system was attempted. The following acfsutil security commands are not allowed on a standby file system: 'sec prepare', 'sec save/load/enable/disable', 'sec realm create/destroy/clone/add/delete', 'sec rule create/destroy/clone/edit', and 'sec ruleset create/destroy/clone/edit'
